Dell Inspiron 1501 Review

I purchased this laptop two and one half years ago and it is still working as good as the day I bought it.  I have taken it on many a roadtrip and plane ride and it has survived everything. I have attached an external mouse because I play alot of games and it is just easier for me to get around that way.  I have always been a PC user and have been using computers since their infancy in the 60's so I am not a newbie to them so to speak. 

I know  they make the new laptops with built-in web cams and alot of other bells and whistles, but I am thinking of buying an external web cam to skype with and will use this computer until it dies on me.

I know this computer is out of date, but if you are someone with not alot of money and looking for a good used computer this is a good one to purchase if you can find one for sale somewhere.

I am not a computer geek or techie, just an older woman who likes to use the computer on a daily basis for emailing, playing games, downloading music and surfing the internet and this laptop does it all for me
