Our community of portable computer users thinks Dell has a hit on its corporate hands with the Inspiron E1501; one reviewer praised it saying: "If you are looking for a laptop and limited financially these really are a great deal! You will be satisfied." Dell fitted the 7 pound Inspiron E1501 with a 15.4” TFT active matrix wide-screen display, your choice of powerful AMD processors, up to 2GB (shared) DDR2 Dual-channel RAM, wireless LAN, and (4) USB 2.0 ports. While a few reviewers experienced problems with Dell customer support, which is turn dimmed their view of the notebook, overall our community of reviewers highly recommends this notebook.
