I bought this computer mainly for school - I HATE writing notes and when you're in a science college class (Anatomy and Physiology for me) you have A LOT of notes to write.

I wanted a laptop that was small and light but also had decent specs (CD writer driver, decent processor, expandable RAM, etc.)...

A few kinks to work out yet, but it's a decent PC all in all.

When I got this Dell Inspiron 1440, I was impressed by the size and weight. I wanted a nice light pc since I was going to have to lug it all around campus. In less than 24 hours though, my computer began displaying the "blue screen of death." In other words it was not working...at all. So we called...
