Great system- Vista Operating system sometimes a challenge.

want reliable and easy technology, pick up things fast, pc-user

Overall a good bargain but the operating system was a bit of a challenge finding compatible programs. Forced to buy a new printer and security software. Wish the system came with better Word Processing software. Chose Dell because of value and experience using it at my workplace. No major issues and adding the flat panel monitor was an excellent choice for value.
