This PC is a modest version of something cheap. The power is enough to squeeze is just enough to start the PC up and open the email with the Internet explorer. The problems with today's programs are far beyond out fixing abilities. More programs are made to suck the powers out of the computers leaving us little room to do our work. In this E510 version, highest RAM is 4 GB which is very good. From what I have seen on the picture, there are two hard drives in the tower. review »I had mine for a year, and then it crashed........Dell did replace it with an upgraded computer the E520 , and also upgraded the software, so they are pretty good as far as standing by their product... but someone else I know also has a refurbished one, ( maybe it was mine) and his is always breaking down.
