I know that I have had my computer for awhile but it is the there is. It came with everything and also had AOL.In the begining I had some problems with adding certain things and I just called DELL and they were so happy to help me.. everytime I found something new to add I would call and the guys were always there to help me (even though they were in India , I was on first name bases with them. I can do anything with my computer, store music,pictures,games It came with Microsoft programs for spreadsheets,or any other thing you can do in an office or home.. It also came with the weather station and every day I track the local weather and in fla where my family lives. My DELL is like my second skin I do so much with it. Ease of Use I can do anything any other computer can Hardware Quality hardware is good, and everything new can be added Support & Service service is a little less after your warranty runs out Durability lasts thru everything Design as good as they get Performance is good, only if the internet could keep up with me

Granted my computer is a few years old but it's still working like new. I would get another Dell when it's time to buy a new computer. This is my first Dell and I can see why they are one of the top brands out there. It's built to last. The OP system is wonderful. Easy to use and I dont have to have a degree is computer sience to understand it. My childern even enjoy using this computer. I even go to school online and with this computer I can find all my files so easily. I don't have to go through everything to find just one thing. The sound and video on this computer is great. Very crisp colors and sound. Also with Vista the gadgets I can add to my desktop are great. I can have a notepad, weather, and a clock that I can just easily look at. There are many other gadgets you can download to th desktop like stock reports,games, and news. There is something for everyone on this computer. The flat screen is wonderful due to the fact that it doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk. This was important to me because I need all the space I can get. The CD/DVD burner works like a pro. Just load your information and you are good to go. I don't have time to sit and wait for a computer to think about what I want it to do. When ever I hear someone talking about getting a new computer I tell them about my Dell and how great it is. Even if it is on the older side as far as computer goes.

This computer has everything I like, I can work with my pictures, do my budget, work with kids on their home work, and do gaming too. I can not say one bad thing about this computer, but vista on the other hand, has a lot of down falls. But I am getting to use to it. I would definately recommend this computer for a single person or a family.

Overall a good bargain but the operating system was a bit of a challenge finding compatible programs.  Forced to buy a new printer and security software.  Wish the system came with better Word Processing software.  Chose Dell because of value and experience using it at my workplace.  No major issues and adding the flat panel monitor was an excellent choice for value.

This is not a very good computer if you want to play video games because it does not have any graphics cards so your going to have to buy your own graphic card if you want to play games and that can cost a lot of money depending on what type you get and the processes is not too bad but its not a very good one either and it has a very bad power supply with low wattage so if you want to upgrade at all your going to need to buy a better power supply and install it your self which is hard and it cost extra money.The screen is not that bad and it is actually pretty good and it has high quality resolution on it and the hard drive can be a little small but that only depends on whose using the computer and what you are using the computer for and the computer doesn't really make a lot of noise either and it is pretty quite but after owning it for a while the fan started to make a lot of noise and after about a year or two the computer stopped working and it would not even open anymore.

I have owned a lot of computers and a lot of different brands but, have always come back to a Dell. I love the performance of a Dell and the ease of using a Dell. It beats out the competition hands down in ability to learn how to use it. I have worked in the computer field selling dial-up internet when that technology first came out on the market and that was the first time I bought a Dell and when I replaced it I bought another brand. Needless to say the other brand did not do near the function with the ease of a Dell. It also did not last near as long as my Dell did so when I went back to purchase another computer about 7 months later it was the Dell that I then looked at and purchased and would not even look at other brands. Since then I have been a loyal consumer of Dell products and always will be.

The reason I chose to buy this desktop is because I had previously purchased a laptop from dell and I am a big fan of dell and their customer service.  This desktop was a fair priced model at the time, however when I bought this a couple of years ago, this computer was considered fast, but now with all the new models out there, this computer just seems to be rather slow, but  this computer will do all the necessary functions that the average person would need, but for a business (which is what I used it for first), and for gaming, you might want to get  a different and newer style.  When you buy something from Dell, you are definately going to get the kind of customer satisfaction that will keep you coming back.  Overall, I would suggest this desktop to most people because it will do what you would expect it to do.  There are cheaper desktops out there, but you never know the kind of service you are going to get.

Dell computers on a whole have, for a long time, been a company I both trust and advocate for.  The biggest reason I feel this way, is because they are the only company that I am aware of (computers) that offers telephone support for their products 24/7 for the lifetime of the product...for FREE!  Specifically, the Dell Dimension E521 is one of their best products yet!  Just when I thought this company couldn't do anything more to improve themselves, they did by producing this computer!  It's awesome, and as long as I have owned this machine, flawless. The company has always stood behind all of their products and they continue to do so.  I have enjoyed the Dimension E521  for a while now and we use it as a "family" computer.  Everyone has their own desktop and there have been no issues or problems so far....I certainly don't anticipate there being any in the future either.  When I need a new computer after this one, I would gladly buy the same exact thing that I hvae right now, it's that good!

I believe that this pc has the potental to be a really good computer.  The Vista software kills it's processing speed and was a poor choice for Dell to go with on it's pc's.  Glad to Dell Windows 7 have great hopes that it will improve my pc in many ways.  The tower is a little heavy and the moniter big and bulky have replace the moniter with a flat screen and much happy with the system. At the time of purchase system was pricey and now I would consider it grossly over priced for what I got. Overall, I'm much happier with my Dell products then I was with my last pc a Gateway with plasma moniter.  After the yr warrenty was up on the Gateway everything started to go up on it and even with the extended warrenty the moniter wasn't covered.  Dell has been a the best pc we have ever owned.

I like the computer over all just a few quirks that I would change. Customer service is slow in getting in contact with them. However, the things that havent been up to snuff havent been major items as of yet. I can pretty well surf and it does have the speed to go faster then my other Dell. So overall I'm happy with it
