Dell Dimension 3000 —
Its easy to use and runs alright.But the tech support sucks.They wanted me to open the tower and pull a plug to see if it would start working again.The computer was less then a year old so the in home service was still good.They said that once I helped them find out what was wrong then they could order the part and send a tech guy out.Never will i own a dell again.How can they expect someone who has no idea what one wire from the other looks like do thier work.
