Dell Dimension 3000 Review

I was so excited when we ordered our Dell. That excitement ended after the first three months when I realized how much less I got in the package then my last computer. The constant freezing up and error messages is frustrating. For the amount of memory I purchased I should be able to get through one PC game without it shutting down for lack of virtual memory or script error. Don't even get me started on tech support or their customer service.

If I am ordering a computer and the picture says that it includes everything shown, then why would they argue with me that it did not include the monitor and refused to send me one without purchasing it.
