I have to admit that at first glance it seemed like a great deal. Order the computer with a free printer, get a rebate, and pay monthly. Yeah right! One month after I received my Dell I started having problems. The computer came with old software for my graphics card, so I went online to the manufacturer and got the update for it. The computer would not let me install the update -- I repeatedly received the message that any updates had to come directly from Dell. It took them months to get the new update and then, it still wouldn't work with the software I wanted to run. When I contacted their Customer Service by phone, it was so difficult to understand the heavy accent, that I decided to use the online service. HA! They gave me the same run around 'you may only use updates provided by Dell'.
The keyboard had to be replaced, the mouse is hinkey, and the 'free' printer could only be refilled with cartridges from Dell itself. (Needless to say, I bought a different printer.)
So, although some people have and love their Dell computers, I would not recommend purchasing a Dell computer.
