I have a dell computer and have had it for about 6 years now and haven't had too much a problem with it. although I did run into one issue last year though when a piece of important equipment gave out in my midtower and I had to take it in to get fixed since my PC couldn't stay on for more than 20 seconds. I got it fixed but when I went in to pick it up the guy fixing it said that dell builds there computers from "cheap parts" that breakdown over time and then he said I needed to buy awhole other PC to be safe. I hope that isn't true though, I just thought mostly why that happened because my PC is old so things happen to older PC's. I still like dell though none to less! there customer service is amazing and they are really nice and try to help you in so many ways if something goes wrong with your PC. they are good people with good PC's.
