Every day computer user, a bargain hunter, an online shopper, a comparison shopper

Ordered 2 dozen white roses for my wife.  11 of 24 were brown, others wilted.  Sent an email to delaFlowers customer care the next day.  No response.  Later, learned they had an advertised guarantee for replacement or refund.  Sent another email to customer care with a copy of my first email.  Instead of an apology with a refund or replacement, I received a $10 discount off on my next purchase because they couldn't find my first email !!  I was disappointed in their settlement.
