I rented this flick, "Death of a Ghost Hunter", on Netflix on demand.  It was absolutely terrifying.  It starts out very slow and you really don't have a clue what is going on or what is going to happen.  It was one of those kinds of movies where everything pulls together at the end and you can't miss a detail, but you will be glued to the screen anyway.  Its kinda cheesily shot in that reality ghost show cam, but the plot is really really good.  Somebody wrote a good story even though it wasn't acted out by the most talented cast.  They were medicore actors.  I wouldn't call it "B", but it definitely wasn't a Hollywood ghost flick.  I was pleasantly surprised at the twists and turns and how sick the  end becomes.  You will have absolutely no idea what end is up or down until at the very end a few things begin to pull together.  You ultimately do not really have a clue until the end scene and then you say to yourself, "Oh!".  Its a great flick, but don't watch it at night alone, because its pretty scary, and I am not the faint of heart at all.  I have a pretty thick hyde when it comes to that sort of thing.
