DeWalt DCD950 Cordless/Drill/Driver/Hammerdrill Review

The DeWalt DCD950 Cordless/Drill/Driver/Hammerdrill Is my choice when I need an all around drill/driver. I have used one in my professional carrer and now I have one for home.

With 21 settings on the clutch I can do evrything from the really tough to the very delicate and not worry about stripping or over torquing. And with three speeds to choose from I never have to worry about power. Three seperate modes to choose from make it simple and efficent. I can choose Hammer, Drill or Screw. The forward and reverse switch makes it easy to install or removewhatever I'm working on. The keyless chuck makes it a snap to change between bits.

It is constructed of heavy duty plastic and metal (for the gears). There is a soft rubber cushion grip on both the front and the back of the handle. With the battery installed it has a nice even weight. With the 18v XRP battery I don't have to worry about runnig short. The battery pack is easy to install and to remove.
