Great Cordless Drill

5

I'm a remodeling contractor and use this drill EVERY day. I drive screws, drill 3/4" holes, stir 5 gallon buckets of joint compound & thin set. This drill just never stops. My subcontractors scoff when I hand this drill to them to mix heavy joint compound and then are amazed when they're done and I take it and keep working. I've had this drill for 5 years. The batteries are still good (but starting to show their age) and I usually only need to switch batteries once during the day if I'm doing heavy work like 3/4" holes with a spade bit. It's been dropped off of scaffolding, kicked and rattles around in the back of my pickup. I'll buy another one the instant this one decides it's had enough. For now, it's still going strong.

The DeWalt 18V is an outstand tool for home or work.

I have had this DeWalt drill for about 10 years now and it has consistently proven to be a work horse. I have used it on the job for about 8 years and the last two here at home. One of the two batteries finally gave out and it was eazy to get another replacement from my local Home Depot. They carried this brand and I really like this drill. I have had two others and they did not last or preform as well at the DeWalt. I would recomend this drill for construction workers and the ordinary guy at home.

I havent Found anything better than the Dewalt 18V Drill Yet

5

I have used many Drills. I have used Makita, Milwaukee, & Others and Dewalt has been the most powerful and reliable drill I have ever used or owned. This drill has many different settings and there is no job I cant do. I have built everything from a barn for the horses and goats to a dog house, I have used it to hang pictures, shelves, & Decor as well as assembling Bookshelves, My kids toys, & So many other projects. Dewalt also has a 36v Drill that I have owned & Used and as it may be good for a few projects that I have done the 18v is much better because it is powerful enough to get the job done but not to powerful tha its going to rip through the project at full speed and tear it up. I have owned my 18v Dewalt for about 6 years and have just recently had to buy a new battery. The drill is still in excellent condition and has not had any other problems. My husband is a big Dewalt Man also he has one of every size but loves the 18v Most as well!

The Dewalt 18v DC927 is an excellent specimen of a drill. This amazing heavy duty cordless drill holds up through the entire day of tireless construction work, eating through concrete, wood and metal with ease. The drill can come with two rechargeable batteries that last an extremely long time under tough conditions. The case that comes with is exceptionally strong and suitable for the roughest applications. It holds 3 batteries, the drill and the battery charger along with a large assortment of bits. The only noticeable con to this hefty drill is its weight, It can tire your arm fairly quickly if you do not have the two hand bar attached. The batteries will charge up to full within just a half hour, so you will never run out of drilling power. This DeWalt 18v DC927 is a fantastic buy and is both economical and ecological. If you are looking for a powerful cordless drll buy DeWalt 18v DC927. You will be happy with the results.
