I used to have a corded drill, and I found it extremely inconvenient, especially when working outside away from a power source. I knew a couple other guys that have this drill and really liked it, and I decided to give it a try. I have loved it ever since I got it. The power can easily be adjusted by turning a plastic section near the end. This can help prevent overscrewing and driving screws in too deeply, since it cuts the power when it reaches a certain amount of resistance. The batteries charge rather quickly, and it is extremely helpful that they include two batteries with the drill. Because if this, if one battery stops, work does not need to stop while waiting for it to charge. The batteries also seem to hold their charge while on the shelf. The drill is relatively small and lightweight, making it easy to hold for extended periods of time. One thing that would be nice if they added is a built-in level (as my old drill had) that shows whether one is drilling straight.
