It does seem overwhelming at first. Take it a step at a time, work with your advisor and don't sweat it. Begin by finding out what you need and look at where you can get it. Some SNL courses are perfect and will allow you to get more than one competency, you may have to look elsewhere for others. Definitely use your own experience. If you look at everything at once it seems too much, just focus on what you need to do right now, not what you need to do overall. I don't know how much you have to do to finish but many people do it and it is not as bad as it appears at first. Believe me, everyone is overwhelmed at first, it won't be that bad.
