This is a great gift for a husband or other men in your life. My husband just loves this fryer and so do I. It's very easy to use and works well. I have made specialty foods with this fryer and my husband puts all his different frozen foods in and they turn out great. We get restaurant quality fried foods in our own home. Performance Cooks we'll, fast and efficiently. Ease of Use All you have to do is plug it in set the temperature and wait till it is ready to start. It cooks the foods at about the same amount of time the bag of food recommends and you have a quick dinner in a short amount of time. Durability We have had this Fryer for about three years now and it still works as well as it did when we got it. Regular cleanings help to keep it working so well. Ease of Cleaning The only problem is certain foods get caked onto the basket and it can become a scrubbing match. I feel if the design of the basket were a bit different it may be easier to clean out.
