Never buy any Delonghi product!

DeLonghi Convection Oven - Solo Oven with Rotisserie — 

I just got off the phone with the manufacturer DeLonghi. I purchased their $125 toaster oven 6 months ago and already it doesn't work. When I called to find out their in warranty policy, they told me that I have to bring it to one of their service centers ( I live in nyc and there are non local) and I would have to pay for the shipment there and back as well as the service.. I would never purchase another one of their OVERPRICED products again...
