I don't know what I would do without this unit on busy days or slow days for that matter. Calling this unit a toaster oven does not do it justice.  On the basic end, I bake cookies and pizzas (not the largest size though).  The covection fan really helps with even browning.  Only on the items that require the longest cooking times do I need to rotate the pan. This oven gets to 350 in less than 3 minutes.  Besides the fact that this oven allows me to cook more items in my kitchen at the same time, the fact that it uses less power (smaller space to heat), but it gets hot so much faster. This unit comes with one jelly roll pan, one sheet pan, and two toasting racks.  The nonstick like coated jelly roll pan is the pan that we use the most often.  We actually ordered another pan from DeLonghi (in case its dirty or cooling). It can not fit pans other than the pans that came with it. I have not had any experience with the dehydrating feature.

I really liked this toaster oven.  Spacious, easy to use, nice to look at... and it has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning.  The downside is that I've only had this product for a 1.5 years and it just stopped working one morning for no reason.  The knob turns and you can hear the timer ding, but there is no light and no heat.  I used it on occasion, it didn't receive daily use.  The warranty is only good for one year, so I can't return it.  I had to toast my sandwich in a pan the other day.  I'm going to be reading reviews of other toaster ovens and hopefully find a new one that lasts.

My Delonghi toaster oven is great for meals for 2 people. it heats quickly and cooks evenly. It saves energy by not using my regular oven. I can bake almost anything in this that you can in a large oven. I have made cookies and cakes as well as all types of meats. Chicken, fish, pork chops etc. I frequently make biscuits. I use  this oven almost every day and love it.
