Days Inn Spokane at Liberty Lake - Liberty Lake, WA Review

I stayed at this hotel after seeing it advertised online. The online pictures showed a special suite with 2 rooms and a juquzzi in the main room with a kitchen. I called and reserved the room, and when I arrived they put me in a 2 room suite without the juquzzi. I complained and they changed my room to a one room  with a juquzzi. I went back to the front desk and told them that this also was not the room I had reserved, and they said that the room listed on the website with the pictures had been given to the manager to stay in all the time and that the room was no longer available for regular guests. I was very upset and asked why it was listed on the website and they said they would take it down and refund me $20 for having to stay in another room. I said fine, because there was really nothing else I could do.

Then when I got home and checked my statement, it showed that they refunded the $20, and 2 days later charged the $20 back to my card. I called to complain and they said it must have been a mix up.

DO NOT stay at the liberty lake days inn (cedars inn) hotel, it is a horrble place. They would not even give me the owners number to complain. They said he does not like to be called by guests. I am sure with the way this place is run he recieved a ton of calls.
