I am very picky when it comes to what dishwashing soap I use on my dishes. Dawn Ultra Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid in Orange Scent is by far my favorite soap to use on my dishes. I have to make sure that any dishwashing soap that I use is tough yet still gentle. We do not own a dish washer so I literally wash everything by hand. This soap can clean everything in my house from baked on food to baby bottles and I never have to worry that it is not clean or has a residue left on it. I only like to use anything with an orange scent in my kitchen because it is supposed to bring peace and happiness while you are in your kitchen and using it. This is a concentrated formula so I do not blow through it very fast. I also love the fact that the Dawn products are not rough on your hands. With the amount of time I spend with my hands in dirty dish water the last thing I want is them getting all nasty because of the soap I use on my dishes.

Just because it is from the great makers of Dawn original dish soap, it doesn't mean that it will clean as good as Dawn original dish soap. When I bout a bottle of Dawn Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid Orange Scent, I was expecting it to clean as good as the original Dawn dish soap that I usually use. However, I was wrong. I would have to add plenty of soap on the sponge to get enough foam to clean the dishes. I was wasting up the bottle faster than I thought I would. A small bottle of the regular Dawn dish soap would usually last me about two weeks or even more, but the Dawn Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid Orange Scent, lasted me only about a week. It did not have a strong soap cleaning power as I expected. I had just bought one to try it out. I am so glad that I did not buy more than that because I just simply didn't like it. It does smell great however, but what's the use if it wasn't cleaning my dishes the way I like it to?

I love Dawn Antibacterial! It has the tough power of Dawn-destroying grit, grime, and residue from pots, pans, and dishes. The best part of it is that it eradicates the many germs that are lurking in your kitchen. I feel comfortable washing items that came in contact with raw meat like beef and chicken. I know that Dawn will destroy those disgusting and dangerous germs, keeping me and my family safe and healthy! It's also a great cleaning product-sometimes I use it to freshen up my bathtub and sink! Works great!

I have always been i die hard dawn dish detergent fan. I have tried other dish detergents and was always disappointed so i always went back to dawn. I normally use the power clean but the other day my daughter talked me into getting the antibacterial orange scent dawn. I got home and did some dishes and realized that the dawn also had a chemical called Triclosan in it. I was disappointed because I read a study that triclosan could cause hormone related issues. Like infertility and early puberty. Since the day I saw that study i try to pay attentions to my soaps and toothpastes to avoid it however this one slipped by me. When I look on my regular bottle of the dawn power clean but didn't see any active ingredients on there . I think it was because the orange was " antibacterial" is the only reason it has triclosan in it. But I will make sure I'm more careful when choosing my products in the future.

Dawn Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid Orange Scent is an absolute great soap to use. It has the power of regular dawn with a nice orange scent. This product does a great job on dishes and has antibacterial in it so that makes me feel better when using it about germs.

Dawn is works great for our water as we live in country with very hard water. We have water softeners which helps but I like suds in my water when I do dishes. I feel the dishes are clean if I have suds in the water. I highly recommend dawn dish soap. Try it I'm sure you will agree.

Considering that the only dishwasher that we have in our home is my two hands, I am always trying different dishwashing liquids to see which I like and which clean well. Dawn seems to rate as one of the highest in my book. I love the orange scent of this one even though I find all the Dawn detergents to be equally as nice. This product cleans my dishes well and does not leave a film or soapy residue when you rinse your dishes. The scent is clean and citrus smelling, very nice. It is priced quite fairly and I often can find it on sale very cheap. The antibacterial factor is important to me as well with all the salmonella and bacterial germs that are found these days, I like my family to be safe from germs. I have tried many different dishwashing liquids and I really like the smell of this one and the cleaning effectiveness, it cuts through grease easily. Great product for the money.

I was at my friend's house and was washing up some dishes with the Dawn Antibacterial orange scent. I told my friend "this stuff smells really good". I have used Dawn products forever so I knew it would be a good product to buy. Cleans the same as regular Dawn just smells better. If you don't like orange scent or clean dishes don't use this.

Procter and Gamble Dawn Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid Orange Scent 24 fl. oz is just okay.  Although this product is just average in my opinion, it does get the job done.  It works well on your dishes, but it doesn't lather as much as I think it should because I have to use a lot of it for it to go a litte way.  You know the saying "a little bit goes a long way"?  Well, with this product, a lot goes a little way.  I thought that was funny and hopefully you do too.  Anyway, the orange scent of this product isn't very special, because it smells like orange.  I think that they could have made the scent more enticing.  You know, they could have added a little energetic punch to it.  This is an antibacterial dishwashing liquid and I don't like to use stuff like this because I heard that sometimes, products with antibacterial ingredients in them, could actually attract germs.  I do like the design of the container and the lovely orange color of the liquid.  I also think the price is fair for what it does, especially if you have a coupon or you can get it on sale.  If I were rating this on a scale of "1-10", I'd have to give it a "5".
