Pros

    cleans well and easily, lathers well, great fresh scent, leaves no scent on dishes, doesn't dry out hands

Dawn Fresh Escapes Concentrated Dish Wash Liquid, Antibacterial, Apple Blossom — 

I wont use anything else.  Cuts the grease, leave a pan soak with dawn and there is nothing it wont take off.
