Dawn Dishwashing Liquid Review

My mother never used Dawn dishsoap when I was growing up, but when I met my husband, that's the only thing he ever bought.  Well, for once he knew what he was talking about!  Dawn Dishsoap is great for cleaning dishes and removing greasy buildup.  It lathers up really nice, so you don't have to use a ton of it to get the dishes clean.  But it has other uses too!

1. Did you know that you can use Dawn Dishsoap to clean your jewelry too?  It really works. 

2. It's also what I use to clean my Precious Moments figurines, because it's gentle and really gets buildup off of them from being displayed.  (will also work on something as tough as grease build up on tools)

3. It's also said that Dawn Dishsoap will kill fleas!  Just bathe your dog in it.  Let me know if it works.

4. Want another use for it?  It is said to remove excess oil from your hair and scalp and strip any buildup from your hair.  Just use it like you would shampoo.  It is recommended that you do this about once a month.

5. Use it as an icepack?  I've heard you can pour Dawn Dishwashing Detergent into plastic baggies, seal it, and then freeze it.  They say it will stay colder longer than using regular ice.  Also, this type of ice pack is reusable, whereas ice melts and has to be replaced.
