I really liked the David's Bridal I visited.  I admit that some of their designs are plain and not that special, but they have lines of designer dresses for lower prices that are great.  My dress was only $300 but has tons of gorgeous beads, embroidered roses, japanese organza, and scalloped hemline. ...

It's not very often that I write something with this ferocity toward a business. Please keep in mind that I've dealt with David's Bridal for more than ten years and have never been impressed. From prom to special occasions to weddings, I've seen it all. My experiences range from stores throughout the...

I am very unhappy with the David's Bridal in the Portland, ME area. I called the store and asked them to mail me a color swatch of my dress. They told me due to a budget crunch they did not have any postage stamps avilable and they didn't know when they would be getting anymore. My two brides maid spent over $4oo dollars at their store, but they couldn't even mail me color swatch. I found the store had horrible customer service before, during, and after the sale.

The David's Bridal website is very well put-together, and helps you spend less time trying on every possibility in the store when it time to try things on.

The biggest problem is having to go to the physical store nearest you to place an order, at least for attire. I am dealing with 4 different David's Bridal locations across the US (my bridesmaids are very spread out), and have gotten vastly different service from one location to the next. If you have a bad experience and another store is near enough to go to, do so, and let them know why you're walking out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IN STORE OR ONLINE--RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND AN ONLINE RETURN TAKES 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! AND YOU DONT GET TO TALK TO A CUST SERVICE REP TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR MONEY IS, B/C THEY DONT HAVE RETURN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
The first time I went to Davids Bridal with my friend for her wedding, the sales women were extremely rude, not helpful at all and the dresses lacked style. We were not allowed to take the dresses off the racks, we could not get anyone to assist us, and we were told that Saturdays are their busiest days so there were no appts...

I was the Maid of Honor for my sister's wedding Aug. 08, 2009 and all 6 bridesmaids and my sister got our dresses at David's Bridal. The dresses looked beautiful while they were hanging on the hanger and before we put them on, after that, ummmm not so much. BEFORE we all walked down the isle, 2 of the bridesmaids zippers busted, one had to rig it with a black sock ( the dresses were black and style # 81123) and the other used a black cloth sunglasses holder, well before we could fix them two up, my dress and another girls dress the upfolds or ruffles or whatever you want to call them started the...

I'm an expat living in Amsterdam and chose David's to buy my dress because I knew they would have plus size dresses in stock.  The dress buying process was ok but i can only imagine what a nightmre it may be for undecisive brides.  I knew what I wanted and no one was telling me otherwise.  But they tried.  Oh did they try.

I tried on 3 dresses and was just trying to decide with my friends which looked the best. I had already expressed that I WAS going to buy a dress but the pushy sales person would NOT leave me alone to think.  She kept putting crap in my hair which I expressed no interest...

Mishawaka, IN location

I now am going to be in another wedding this summer. This will be the 7th one and the 3rd time I am dealing with David's Bridal in Mishawaka, In. I have to say their customer service SUCKS!!! The are agurmentive and are very hard to work with. You have to have an appointment or they won't even talk with you, they tend to shove their opinions on you even after you said "No thank you"; the whole "No Return Policy" sucks because if you get a crappie die on a purse or shoes... you are stuck with it. To bad. Hopefully better luck next time right? The never have anything right in...

I have to say that after using the services provided by David's Bridal, in several locations, all I have to say is 'TERRIBLE.'  Unless you are there to buy a wedding gown, they will look right through you.  I recently was in a wedding where there were 8 bridesmaids...we all got our gowns from David's, all got shoes dyed through there and also had alterations done...so all in all, between all 8 of us, we spent nearly 2,000 dollars in that store.  But because the bride herself did not purchase her gown through the store, we were told we were 'too much trouble' and they refused to help any of us...

I have been on several wedding planning web sites lately.  I am renewing our vows in April.  Davids Bridal not only showed there wedding dresses.  They had links to other helpful sites for the groom as well.

During my search on davidsbridal.com I found I was able to view what my wedding would look like in there dresses and tuxedos. Again, this was because of one of the many links they have for you to use.

I am now confident I can and will be able to plan this on my own. Thank you to Davidsbridal.com!

I live in Miami FL. I don't understand why is everybody so upset at Davi's, but I had a great experience. From the first day till the last, customer service was excellent. Maria was the lady that help me looking for the dress of my dreams. And I found it. And so did my Maid of Honor. I went to every little boutique in Miami, but the one that really satisfied me was David's Bridal. Thank you David's, Thank you Maria

I went to try on bridal gowns yesterday and I will definitely NOT be returning to David's. Ever. The dresses are cheaply made. The salespeople were pushy, arrogant and annoying. I could not get away from that place fast enough. I will stick with a local, family-owned bridal shop where I will get the service and quality I'm looking for.

I went to David's Bridal to find an affordable wedding dress. When you first walk in they want you to " Sign in". I had already went to a bridal show and they sent me at least 20 e-mails since. When I told them that I just wanted to look , they didn't want anyhting with me. When we finally did ask for help it took 15 minutes before we just decided it wasn't worth the wait. We then tried another one across town. Different stores, different service Right? Wrong they too were rude and very unhelpful. It seemed that they didn't want to help me because I wasn't planning on spending a ton of money. ... review »

I entered David's Bridal in Nashua with 5 of my Bridesmaids with an appointment. We had Karen and she couldn't have been any more rude than she was ! She made my experience of looking for my Wedding dress a nightmare. My bridesmaids even seen her rolling her eyes at me ! That is totally unexceptable. She didn't understand I didn't want to try on every dress she brought me, I hadn't even picked them out and they were not my style. She got mad I didn't want to try them on. She was making me rush and I have to say to all the brides to be, beware when entering Davids bridal.

They are a large store...
