I bought these jeans for my husband. They look so nice just like regular jeans. They have some stretch to them so when working and you have to bend they stretch with you.It is nice to have the stretch around the waist line..The only problem is the only place we can find them is at Sears and they have been out of stock for a few weeks. I am wondering if they will be getting anymore in.My husband really likes these.

I thought my husband wouldn't like the new flex jeans by David Taylor but I tried them. He liked them especially the elastice waist.I don't think they look as nice or wash up as nice but they are still good jeans. If your hubby or dad is a little thick around the middle. The waistline is great.

I agree. My husband loved these jeans. They looked good and was comfortable. I don't understand why these companies have a good thing Something that sells good and they have to change things > if the want an expandale waist put it in some but not all. Sears we want out Jeans back.

Thanks to the person in the Sears Denim buying department for the information. My dad (84) has worn the old flex jeans as far back as I can remember. We saw the new version with the elastic in the waistband last week and he absolutely refuses to wear those! I have a feeling a lot of other men will feel the same way. We will be going to a western store this afternoon to buy Wranglers flex jeans. The people at Sears (and a lot of other stores) need to start listening to their customers and start supplying what WE want....not what YOU want us to spend our money on.

Thank you so very much. My husband will be so happy to hear this. The new waistband sounds good too because that is a problem area for him.

Hi, I work in the Sears Denim buying office and wanted to let you know that we have launched a new version of the David Taylor jean. The previous version has been discontinued. The main difference between the older version and the new one is that we have added a hidden extender waistband. This new waistband provides additional comfort. The program is in select stores, and is now available on Sears.com. I have provided the site address below.

My husband, too, loves these jeans. We were told by Sears in Bellingham, Wn state, that they are no longer carrying them. PLEASE tell me where I can buy them in the Bellingham / Seattle WN area?
