We live in an older house with some drafty windows and I cannot afford to change those at the moment. So I was looking for a simple way to seal some nooks and corners before the old man winter is upon us again.

I bought this easy caulk at the local store for under $5 and I think it has already paid itself back many times over in our heating bills for this fall.

All you do is unscrew the top and tip the application towards the edge of your windows seals or other cracks you want to seal. It is that easy!

It should be over 40 degrees outside when you use this caulk and surface should be dry and as clean as possible. I did use it in my window panels when the windows were little misty and I tried to dry them off but later on this stuff just peeled off. I redid those windows when we had a warm sunny day and the windows are staying dry now and so far after few weeks and many frosty nights my windows have not steamed like they used to.

It does not really matter if you get a little bit on your fingers because it washes right off and you can wipe your bottle and close it and use again in the same season if needed.

Frankly I do not see any negative points about this product and you can even pick a color you prefer and paint over it if you want to.

Bottle says "35 yr.durability guarantee" I'm not sure what it means but I think they came out with a great product for not so handy home owners to use!
