Dannon Light & Fit Crave Control Yogurt —

I love desserts, and that is why yogurt has always been a great treat, because it is usually lower in calories than ice cream and low in fat. I have always been a big fan of Dannon yogurts, so when they came out with this low calorie version that is supposed to curb your appetite as well as be healthy I had to try it. I went for the Vanilla Cream version and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Each spoonful was a blend of light and luscious cream with the sweet subtle flavor of vanilla. It had all the flavor of pure vanilla ice cream but in a softer texture. Each serving is only 70 calories, though it does not fill you up. I was disappinted that these yogurts are smaller in size than the normal Dannon Light and Fit, which makes the packs a little pricey. I love the taste of this yogurt, but if you are looking to indulge, go for the regular Light and Fit. You will get the same flavors and that will help you stay fuller longer. But if you are just looking for a light snack, this is creamy and good and tastes like regular yogurt without the fat and calories.
