DanActive Strawberry tastes so good, but I'm afraid that it has too many calories since I am on a diet to drink more than one. However, my brother is now down with the flu and I am hoping that I can avoid it completely, because I am going on vacation soon. I am thinking about drinking more DanActives but I am counting my calories. On the bright side, I woke up extremely hungry and I had one strawberry DanActive and afterward I was no longer hungry for about a little more than half an hour. That's good considering it is such a small drink with 80 calories. Also it has some protein in it, which is good because I am on a diet. Haha. I recommend it, but try the light version. Less than half the calories of the original! Of course, if you are underweight, then definately get this one instead. And drink a lot...If you are not underweight, get the light. Health comes first. :D
