Dannon Activia Yogurt —
I don't have a problem with constipation, but I wanted to see if it would give me a flat tummy like it shows in the ads. I didn't believe it would, but I figured it's healthy and can't hurt. But that attitude changed when, twice, I almost had to literally drop what I was doing and run to the bathroom! I gave it to 78-year-old Grandpa, who does have a problem with constipation, and he loves it!Last edited on Jan 15, 2009
