Dannon Activia Yogurt —

I don't appreciate it when products claim to do something that they don't.  I think it's just wrong.  Activia claims to regulate irregularity if you eat it everyday.  It's just a bunch of bull.

Activia tastes just like other yogurt.  It comes in flavors that I regularly eat, like strawberry & blueberry.  There aren't any pieces of fruit in it; it has a smooth consistency.  The container itself, I think, is actually smaller than other brands of yogurt.  But the price tag is bigger.  I paid at least twice what I normally pay for yogurt.  But I was willing to pay the extra if it legitimately helped with irregularity.  It didn't.

I feel offended when a company uses ploys like this to sell their product.  I wont purchase Activia again, and in addition, I'm sure to tell people that it does NOT work like they say it will.

Um, I just ate my first cup Activia ever, and there were several WHOLE blueberries in there. I was really impressed by that. So anyway, your review is misleading: there IS fruit in there.

Thank you for your review and your honesty. I was thinking of buying some of that Activia yogurt, but reading this changed my mind.

Even with its claims I could never justify paying what they want for it. ;) Ron

Yogurt with active cultures will add beneficial bacteria too your small intestine but there is no reason to pay extra because it claims to help irregularity.
