Head and Shoulders anti dandruff shampoo is truly an excellent product. My family has a dandruf problem that is extremely embarrassing and keeps us from wearing dark clothing since dandruf shows up on that so very easily. This is the best shampoo I have ever tried. I am a bit of a neat freak, so I really can't stand the feeling of having overly sweet-scented or fruity shampoo, or shampoo that leaves a coated residue on your hair (thats what conditioner is for!!). So I would say that head and shouders is my favorite brand because or the clean scent, the squeaky clean feel of my hair (ie. no residue or coating) and the way that it doesnt dry my hair out too much either. But I dont like the "dry scalp" formula because its harder to wash out and doesnt seem to clean as much. I usually get the original scent...

Since I was a little girl I've been dealing with severe seborrheic dermatitis scalp that is oily, very itchy, and large dandruff flakes I was perscribed very different shampoos over the years including cortizone shampoos. Me and my husband have both been using this shampoo for years. it is a very basic shampoo that doesn't fool around. If you have a dry scalp and flakes then this shampoo should help you.
