Dancing with the Stars Reviews

I first watched Dancing With The Stars many years ago during the first season that was shown during the summer.  I probably wouldn't have watched it if it was during the regular "TV" year, but it was the summer and I was desperate to find something to watch, so I decided to check out this reality/dancing show.  I've been hooked ever since!

The premise of the show is that celebrities (the "stars") are paired up with professional ballroom dancers and each week they perform 1 or 2 dances before a live audience and three professional judges.  They perform dances including: paso doble, tango, quickstep,...

I've always been skeptical about reality television. I never really liked it at all, and I remember when I first heard about this show, the first thing I thought was that it was just a way for has-beens to get back in the limelight, and so I vowed never to watch it.  It wasn't until season 4 that I began watching the show, my parents kind of forced me to.  To my surprise, this show wasn't only not bad, it was really good.

I am now officially addicted, and can't get enough of this show.  The dancers are amazing, and even more so are the stars that are learning these dances in such short time spans. ...

Dancing with the stars is my favorite show on television. It is very entertaining. I enjoy watching it every time it is on. It reminds me of when I used to dance. I enjoy learning about the different types of dances that I may not of heard of if the show did not exist. I watch it with my children and we sometimes dance along to the music together. It even has taught my 2 year old to say "Passo Double" The show has wonderful team of Professional dancers. They are very enjoyable to watch. I use TV to wind down after my child is finally in bed.  I use a DVR to make sure my shows are waiting for me when I have the opportunity to watch.  The thrill I felt when I found out that the latest season of Dancing With the Stars was starting confirmed to me that I am definitely hooked. This is the first show I've watched that has gotten me to vote on contestants.  Even though the beginning of every season means that I will be watching some really pathetic and even painful performances, the celebrity factor keeps it interesting.  For instance, I thought it was weird that Tom Delay would...

Dancing with the Stars is not only entertaining but fun to watch. The pro dancers are very smooth. It is great to see how well they teach the stars they have been paired with. I like when the stars learn the dances well showing that they are doing their best. The costumes are interesting also, I alway look forward to seeing what each one is wearing for the dance.

The behind the scenes clips of them learning the dances are interesting. You get to see another side of both the pros and the stars. Love the special dances and entertainers they get and do for the weekly results show.

I am a fan of Dancing with the Stars and faithfully watch both shows.  I think the professional dancers are excellent, especially Maksim, Tony and Cheryl.  Tom Bergeron is a great host and keeps the show moving.  You're never know what the judges are going to say about any of the participants. The ones you think are really good, the judges feel the opposite.  It's really interesting to see who will be voted off this season because it seems the fans are the ones making the biggest difference in the votes.  Of course, my favorites are Maksim and Mel B.   Vote!
