I like Daisy Sour Cream for a couple of reasons. The first, it tastes fresh and delicious every time I buy it. The second reason is I love the consistency. Some others when you open them there is a clear liquid on the top that makes a mess and looks awful. Daisy doesn't have that liquid and the consistency is perfect. It's not too thick or thin and is perfect for using on tacos, etc. and you don't have to break your arm getting it off the spoon and on the plate. It comes in a convenient large container if you use a lot like I do and the containers are sturdy so you can reuse them. No negatives to this sour cream.
