I use this product because I have acne and redness on my face and it really helps me. My skin is so smooth and clean. I use once a day and the result are visible within the first days. I highly recommend for people who struggle with acne problems. It cleans the pores.

The first time I ever went to see a dermatologist one of the treatments I was prescribed was DUAC Topical Gel. It's a combination of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin. I used this product in the morning with a good SPF moisturizer. The first couple of weeks my skin broke out, but subsided after the third week. My skin then pretty much stayed decently clear, but it would still break out from time to time in the first 6 weeks. The only difference during this time period is that it would clear up after a couple of days. As time went on my acne eventually stopped, but I was left with scars. I continued to use this product for the next year and one day I looked in the mirror and for the first time I noticed my complexion was basically clear. I stopped using this product after my prescription ran out, but I substituted it for two different over the counter products that essentially do the same job. My acne is still under control and I only have one blemish at the moment. I would definitely recommend DUAC Topical Gel if you can get a prescription.

I never had bad acne no I never really used spot treatments growing up. I typically will only get 2 big zits a year so it was never really worth the investment. Recently my boyfriend has introduced me to this product. He has used it for many year and recommend I try it when I got my semi-anual big zit. This product worked great and significantly reduced the zit over night. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to clear up acne fast. Effectiveness This product worked great and cleared up my acne overnight. It was so fast and easy I cannot believe I haven't been using it until now. Ease of Application So easy to use. Just apply a little to the area and that's it! Convenience This product is great because you can take it anywhere and use it anytime. Side Effects I have had no negative side effects using this products. Immediacy This product was amazing and I saw results over night. I would recommend this spot treatment to anyone looking for a quick fix

All topical ointments may not work on all skins. This ointment worked for me for three months and then it stopped working. I can gaurantee that the ointment will absorb the oil under the skin. I recommend to take this ointment with acne pills as well. This ointment will dry up for skin for two weeks.

I struggled with acne for years. No matter how clean I kept my face it would always re-arise, especially around my period. I've been working for a dermatologist for a while now and started using Duac just to the acne prone areas. It started working almost immediately. The majority of my acne is gone, now I just use it to spot treat and it makes them go away before they even have a chance to fully form. Duac can be drying and irritating. Start every other night and moisturize with something non irritating, like Eucerin.

This topical gel is the best I have used so far. It is VERY STRONG which I really like because I just put it on a blemish and BAM- it's gone! If you are someone who has tried a ridiculous number of products and none of them seem to work, or none of them work fast enough, try this one. It is quite expensive, even if you have insurance, which is a bummer. Also, you have to keep it below a certain temperature which can be annoying. Despite these things it is amazing. It is very very strong so you only need a little bit. If you use too much it will dry out your skin. Also, it has some chemicals in it that can bleach your clothing or sheets ( and will sometimes leave the place you put it on your face a little tinted) so you have to be careful sometimes. If you want a product that really works you should try this one because it will. You can also get Duac waterless face soap which is really handy when you don't have a sink available.

Im 34 years old, and although I am a wife and mother of two, these are just a couple of things that define my VERY busy life I am also a full time student and volunteer at my son's school. I have always struggled with acne since a young age, there have been times when it was severe and sometimes not. As much as I eat right, exercise and drink plenty of it has been  is an uphill battle because of genetics and stress factoring into the breakouts and severity. I have researched and tried many things some popular products, over the counter, strange wives tales of home remedies and sometimes these things worked, however, only for a short while.  After I had my baby in March, and the hormones had settled, my acne was worse than ever. This time, I had no time to "try something new" or get some sun, which at my age, or any age is never good for the skin anyway. So, I scheduled a quick trip to my dr's office to discuss my options. One Duac kit and two weeks later, I see a significant change not only in my acne, but also my skin tone, and wrinkles! Although very drying to the skin, something a nice moisturizer wont cure, Duac has given me hope that I don't have be an adult with embarrassing teen like acne and I look forward to being able to stop wearing foundation and makeup all together with my new skin. Although a little pricey even with insurance, Duac is well worth the cost and effort for those who have struggled with no other working alternative to clearing up their acne.

Duac is a great acne product.  I acquired some hair bumps and dark spots from facial hair that was recently removed, so my doctor prescribed some facial wash along with the DUAC to help this problem.  I did not know that the product was going to start working that soon.  My husband just said the other day that he has seen an improvement as well.  I also used the Duac on other acne on my face and it help those as well.  I am very pleased with this product and would suggest that anyone who wants to get rid of blemishes from acne use it.
