I had cable for years because I could not get sattelite television where I use to live. After paying years for high priced cable it was real nice knowing that where we were moving to we would be able to get sattelite t.v. I called them a week before we moved to set up a date for service. My dish was set up the day we moved in and we were in service before we were even un-packed. I have not had any problems with it since we have had it (2 and a half years). When I had cable I was constantly calling them to service me, we were constantly cut off because of storms and we were paying high prices for very little channels. Now the service is wonderful, we get more channels then ever, and the price is half of what we were paying for cable with hardly no channels. I recommend this to anyone who is tired of paying for cable and poor service.
