Pros

Quick Set-Up, Service Not Interrupted Often

I've had DirecTV a little over a year. I started with regular service + DVR and wanted to go to HD now that i have 2 HD capable TV's. I was concerned with upgrade costs and though I love the service was ready to consider another provider due to the high cost for upgrading as an existing customer. Their retentions department came up with a very fair offer that allowed me to upgrade to an HD dvr and a regular HD receiver. I placed that order last night and they will be here Saturday. I'm really happy with DirecTV. Their billing has been flawless, not a single incorrect charge. This is a far better choice over Comcast for the area I live in.
