    Customer Service Plus, Service Not Interrupted Often, Price Comparable to Cable, Quick Set-Up, NFL Ticket, more channels, All digital channels

    monthly cost keeps increasing

I've had DTV since before they were DTV... er... "Primestar" was the original company - My family loves it! In our area, the price is great compared to cable and other sat. companies. Very few interruptions and a lot of choices for viewing. We feel that the service that DTV provides is outstanding.

The only downside that we've seen recently are some increases in rates, but they are not as high as the cable company in our area. AND... everything is constantly going up, so what can you expect??
