I always prefer to use mild cleansers when washing my face, but they don't always do a good job of clearing away stubborn eye makeup. DHC Mild Touch cleanser is not only gentle to skin, but also removes stubborn dark eye makeup with ease. Overall, my one complaint about Mild Touch Cleansing Oil is the price tag. There are just too many other cleansers that do an equally good job that don't cost as much. Of course, a little goes a long way so if you do invest in it, you may feel that it's worth it. Effectiveness I wasn't exactly wowed by the experience; that is, until I blotted my face and touched my skin. I couldn't believe how soft my skin felt! Even better, I didn't feel any grease or oily residue (which is important for me because I have naturally oily skin). In addition, all of my makeup was completely gone. It's nice to end the day with clean, soft skin. Ease of Application When I first poured a little in my hands, I wasn't particularly impressed by the cleansing oil. It seemed a little thin, and even after vigorously rubbing my hands together under water, I wasn't able to encourage any lather. Still, I applied the Mild Touch on my face and worked it in well. It didn't sting or irritate my skin or eyes and it washed away easily and thoroughly. Scent Like most facial washes, the scent is neutral and mild.
