If a woman's eyes are the windows to her soul, it's no wonder that so many of us are enchanted by skin care products that promise to brighten them. I've been using Eye Bright for a couple of weeks now, and I've got to confess that my eyes don't feel significantly changed. Formulated with caffeine (to de-puff swollen skin and brighten dark circles), licorice extract and cucumber (to cool and calm), and Japanese botanicals and hyaluronate (to provide and maintain moisture), Eye Bright does have a refreshing feel to it and would probably feel even better if the product was chilled before use. Effectiveness As far Eye Bright's ability to moisturize, I felt it did an adequate--though unremarkable--job of keeping my skin moisturized. I didn't notice any real difference in the appearance of the skin around my eyes. They certainly weren't "brighter." Ease of Application Eye Bright is a lightweight gel that doesn't overwhelm the sensitive skin around the eyes. I only used a tiny bit of the gel but found that it didn't absorb as easily as I expected. Scent There was really no scent to speak of (which is a good thing in my opinion).
