I have used many routers during my thirty one years in computers. I am pleased with the D-Link Rangebooster N and it's ease of setup and the range. It is the easiest router I have setup with Windows XP. It's self contained firewall is top notch. I have had problems with other manufactures dhcp server and xp but not with this product. I would strongly suggest that you match the Wireless card in the computer with this router it is much more stable that way. I tried setting it up with other cards and it initally set the card speed at 54mps or G mode rather than the N mode and took a little troubleshooting to fix it. There are step by step instructions on the cd included for the novice that are very detailed and make using this router extremely easy. It has excellant security features that help make the computer even more secure. I highly reccomend this router for home use.
