I have been overweight all my life. I have tried diet fads, pills, and just about everything out there. Sure, some help you lose weight, but unless you keep taking it, or completely change your lifestyle, you will gain it all back. I tried Xenadrine, but was unsatisfied. Sure, it takes your hunger away, but only because it makes you feel nauseous. So , yes it supresses your appetite, but anything I ate would disgust me. Not in a good way either. The caffeine in these pills is unreal. I couldn't sit still. It made me jittery. I ft paranoid. It also gave me the shakes. I thought perjaps I just had to get used to them and kept taking them. To my disappointment, they still jad the same effect. I tried like a week worth of pills and gave up. Also, it has you so wired up that it's nearly imposdible to get sleep. I felt like my eyes were closed, but I was still, in a sense, awake. I woke up exhausted. They're just not for me. Effectiveness Suppresses hunger. Gives you energy Side Effects Makes you jittery. Cytogenix Xenadrine EFX is one diet pill that really gave me a hard time. There were some really great things about this one too though. Since I like to start off on a good note, that's exactly what I will do. Xenadrine EFX is very effective in the area of increasing your energy. I felt like I was zooming all day. I had plenty of energy to accomplish even more than I needed to. As far as appetite suppression goes, it was effective in that area too. The thing about that though was that I experienced a decent amount of nausea shortly after taking it everyday. The nausea did subside after an hour or two. I was able to exercise for longer as well. I really appreciated that the most. Now, for the down side to Xenadrine EFX. First and foremost, these pills caused me to be nauseated. It also made it difficult to get to sleep at night. I constantly felt like my thoughts were racing. Also, the pills leave a slight after taste in your throat after taking it. Overall, the pills are effective for weight loss but there are some side effects. If you try it, keep plenty of mints hanging around. Effectiveness Lots of energy, lost weight more easily. Side Effects several waves of nausea, you should keep mints handy.

I felt extremely edgy when I took this product. I took this for about a month and stopped when I noticed my muscles were twitching when I was sitting in the class room listening to a lecture. There were periods of five minutes or so when I could not stop shaking. These pills have a ton of caffeine in them! There is actually a warning on the label that suggests limiting caffeine while taking the pills. I was not even drinking much caffeine when I took these pills. The main ingredient was ephedrine which is basically a mild form of speed. People that have taken this product have had strokes, heart attacks, and some people even died! I am happy that I stopped taking the pills after a month. Its scary when the label cautions against taking it if you have psychiatric problems. I think this has gotten safer over the years, but I would not take anything that has caused death from use. Stay away at all costs! Side Effects Heart attack, stroke, and death!

Cytogenix Xenadrine EXF is an improvement to Xenadrine which was banned from the market due to its serious side effects including death. They have now removed the ephedrine which would raise the heart rate and blood pressure and sometimes cause heart attacks and strokes. For this reason, I am very cautious of this product but it does seem to work for me. It is a well known supplement which helps in the loss of weight through increasing the metabolic activities in the body. It does contain Vitamin C and B6 but I am unsure why it is included in this product. You must continue with regular exercise and calorie reduced diet in order for this weight loss plan to work effectively. The product claims to help people lose seven times more weight than dieting alone. I would not recommend this product just yet until I do more research into how safe it is to take. Cytogenix Xendadrine EFX works as well as the average diet pill but the side effects make this one unusable by myself. Effectiveness As stated, this weight loss aid works as well as any other medication, with the help of appetite loss from nausea. I dropped an above average amount of weight with this medication rather rapidly as well. Honestly, the only reason I didn't continue using this medication was because of my negative side effects. Side Effects Firstly, allow me to say that I have unknown stomach issues so some of this may attribute to that rather than the medication but these were my experiences. I felt that this medication caused SEVERE stomach aches and cramps and at times this pain could be unable to be bared. I was constantly nauseated, therefore unable to eat much food. It gave me terrible jitters accompanied by massive headaches. This side effects were awful with me.

I started using this medication a couple years ago as yet another attempt to lose weight (I have tried almost every pill out there! I am a dieting junkie!) and I had a big scare with Xenadrine! I have very mild hypertension and have not had any real issues with diet pills causing problems with my chest. That is not the case with this one! The first two days were okay, but I did not take the full dosage until the third day. I wanted to work up to it. On the third day, I had terrible chest pains. I felt like I could not catch my breath and my heart was beating so fast. I had to have my husband take me to the emergency room. I thought it would be better to be safe than sorry. The ER doctor told me that he had seen heart patients have issues with Xenadrine before. He told me to go off of it immediately and to contact my doctor if I wanted to go on any other weight loss pills in the future. I took his advice and stopped taking it. It really scared me! So, if you have an issue with your heart, no matter how small, this is not the weight loss pill for you.

I think this is a great diet pill if you want fast results. I had to almost force myself to eat breakfast and lunch after taking these pills. I love to eat so having to force myself to eat was new to me! And I liked it. It allowed me to eat less when I did eat and then I would eat one healthy full sized dinner to end my day. I no longer had the desire to snack at bedtime either. That was one of my biggest faults in dieting-snacking at midnight. I was a dieter that like results but didn't want to put in the work. With taking these diet pills, I actually got motivated to do some light exercise like walking around my neighborhood and riding an old exercise bike I bought years ago. I am pleased with the results and will continue to take it. I have lost ten pounds, which I'm happy with. Side Effects It is essentially a higher, potent fiber pill, which can cause diarrhea in some cases. But diarrhea as a side effect is acceptable to me. It goes away in a day. But it's the other scary side effects associated with other diet pills that scares me.

When this product originally came on the market, it had ephedra in it and the pounds came off at a ridiculous rate, however, I had no idea that it caused heart failure. I continues to use it after it became ephedra free. I continued to use it in the same manner but I was gaining. Not losing or even maintaining. Effectiveness I exercised and ate right but it wasn't helping those last 10 pounds. I felt hungry while using it. If I was atleast maintaining my weight by using this product, I would rate it higher but in the 2 months I used it, I gained 5 lbs. when I was trying to lose 10. So now I was in position where I needed to lose 15 pounds. Side Effects It made me nauseous when I first tried the EFX version and it didn't seem to curb my appetite! However, the original version made me feel light headed. It really was pointless to continue with it because I still felt hungry or unsatisfied after meals. I did use a meal plan that was like a sample plan from the product.

I must say that I have previously in the past purchased and used this product the Cytogenix Xenadrine EFX and found that it did not work at all in helping me to lose weight. The only reason I gave these diet pills a three is because they do give you a little extra energy although for me it was a nervous energy which left me feeling bad. I personally found that with using the Cytogenix Xenadrine EFX did not help me lose weight. They suggest dieting and exercise in addition to taking these pills so basically if you do lose anything it is from the dieting and exercise. I also found that these diet pills made me feel very shaky and anxious and made me feel bad mentally. For the price you pay for these Xenadrine diet pills you are getting ripped off. I would certainly not recommend these Cytogenix Xenadrine EFX diet pills to any of my friends and family as you will be highly disappointed and a little more broke if you did try them.

This pill is the same type of deal as hydroxycut and xantrax 3. It is a little metabolism booster and nothing more. I have tried diet pills like this including Xenadrine over and over again. They never do anything and they are expensive. This pill is a little bit speedy and may give you a stomach ache. If you are going to try it, remember to drink tons of water. I did notice that this pill gave me a little boost at the gym. If I can usually run for 30 minutes on the elliptical, I can run for 45 when I am taking this. That can translate to additional weight loss I suppose. Make sure you follow directions and start with the half dose. I had some heart palpitations with this pill and it would have been exacerbated by not following the directed dosage when starting. You would be much better off doing a diet and watching what you eat rather than changing nothing and hoping a pill will do the work. The price on this has come way down over the years and is rather affordable now. But it doesn't work so don't waste your money.
