Cybex Arc Trainer —
After using the Cybex Arc Trainer at my club I bought one for the home. Allows full range workouts from recovery rides to the ultimate explosive intervals or long endurance sessions. Can really vary your workouts. Incredibly smooth & silent. Communicates with Polar Heart rate monitor. I bought mine direct from Cybex and they had it delivered and set up in my home. Still loving it one year later and at least 100,000 calories later. Only machine that compares is the Precor AMT but that costs $10,000. May not be good for a small person because of stride length (cannot be changed)- suggest giving it a try before you buy.
