In the summer we have problems with gnats, mosquitoes and fleas in the yard. This was made worse when a neighbor had an in-ground pool installed. I always get bit by something when I am outside but when the humidity is high and I am sweating more than normal I usually get about ten mosquito bites when I am outside; at dusk it is usually worse than during the day so I started looking for something that I could spray as a barrier around the deck. I tried this and it worked but only for about an hour; I don't like to spray things like this on my skin because of the risk of irritation so I used it as a barrier spray. If you have swarms of gnats this is excellent for keeping them away from where you are sitting or if you are having an outdoor event but it isn't something that is going to kill them if you spray it on them. It can help to deter them from a certain area but it isn't designed to be an insect killer. If I would have sprayed this on my arms and legs it might have worked better but I don't like the feeling of having something like that on my skin. I have been lucky that my dogs haven't had flea infestation problems but I know that they are present in the yard and that they can bring them in the house; I spayed this around the deck and patio when they were outside and saw a decrease in the number of them on the dogs when I would check them. I like that this is unscented; some of the mosquito repellents have an obnoxious floral scent to them or have a heavy chemical smell when you spray them. When I am having people over and we will be on the deck I will spray this to help provide a barrier but I will also use citronella candles to help keep mosquitoes and other flying insects away. This is a great mosquito repellent, without the horrible scent. You would think that it wouldn't work because there's not that harsh scent, but it does, and is very effective too. I feel this is a ten in every category. Effectiveness It works better than other brands that have harsh fumes, and smell horrible. I've used this when I went camping, it worked all day long. I was actually hesitant at purchasing it as I thought unscented sprays didn't work. I've tried other sprays that were unscented and they did a poor job at repelling insects and mosquitoes. I don't know what this has in it, whatever it is works better than any other kind I have purchased. Ease of Application All you do is spray it on, and it lasts for hours. What's great, is it's easy on your nose, you don't have the harsh smell to contend with while you work, play or fish! Scent Doesn't have a harsh scent like other mosquito sprays. Now this is the only kind I will buy!

Cutter Unscented Mosquito Repellent is the one I always buy for our camping trips. It works really well and usually never have any problems with it. We have camped in some pretty thick woods and near bodies of water where mosquito have been really bad. This always seems to work to keep them away from us! We don't have anyone that is really sensitive in our group so I can't speak to how it does for those that have sensitive skin. It doesn't have any scent, though, so that has to help! It is nice, too, to not smell like bug spray the whole night. It is really easy to apply, just spray on and you are good to go. I have never had any issues with the product jamming up or not being able to get the spray to work. I have had some aerosol cans do that before and it is super annoying. This also works great just for backyard fun in the summertime. Like I said, we use it for camping but it works great when you are at cookouts or having a bonfire.

Cutter Unscented Mosquito Repellent is hands down one of the best insect repellents on the market today. I know that no one enjoys being attacked by mosquitos, but I absolutely loathe being eaten alive by the little buggers. And, the fact that they apparently love me does no equal good times. Cutter insect repellent allows me to spray myself down and go outside with the family, relatively insect free! Effectiveness Again, this mosquito repellent works. You have to re-apply if you sweat, but it is highly worth a re-spray to kept mosquitos at bay. Ease of Application It's a spray, it's not difficult. Mosquitos will however, bite you through a light t-shirt so that can be issue unless you spray yourself before heading out. Scent This is my one problem - it simply is NOT unscented. It does not smell bad, but you definitely know that you have sprayed yourself. The scent goes away relatively fast. Still worth it.

Cutter unscented mosquito repellent, works really well with keeping mosquitoes and gnats at bay. During the summer months, mosquitoes and gnats can get really bad in Indiana. For this reason, most times I will stay indoors as much as possible. When I do go outside for long periods of time I make sure to use cutter unscented mosquito repellent. Once applied this product works for hours. This is one of the best mosquito repellent I have tried in a long time. Scent Not to crazy about the scent.

I happened to use this at a birthday party that was held in a back yard and WOW! Most other repellents I have used before, I would have to reapply over and over again. Not this stuff! I plan to use this from now on! Effectiveness Applied once and it kept the bugs away for the rest of the night. Can't get much more effective than that!! Ease of Application Point and spray! Applies an even mist all over. Scent I really like that this spray is unscented. Usually bug repellents have an offensive chemical odor to them.

I live in an area where mosquitoes are a really bad issue in the summer. This is the best of all of the insect repellents I have used. I particularly like that there is no odor to it, because most insect repellents smell so badly. It does not feel greasy or sticky on your skin, and it lasts a long time, even in the heat or when working outside.

The Cutter Unscented Mosquito Repellent is excellent! It truly does its job of keeping the terrible blood sucking mosquitoes away and gone for good!! The scent is okay and doesn't have the toxic chemical smell. Another great thing about this repellent is that when you apply it to your skin, it doesn't feel sticky or greasy. The other repellent I used was extremely sticky and and made my skin itch! Also, the ease of putting the spray on your skin is great. One summer I volunteered at a park where there were tons of mosquitoes. I was recommended this mosquito repellent from a worker at a store and it worked wonders! My arms and legs are no longer filled with mosquito bites after a long day at the park. Cutter Unscented Mosquito Repellent is a great repellent to use in the summer time. I take this repellent with me whenever I go fishing. It really helps at night when the mosquitos come out. this is a great product. I always keep a spare one on hand. Effectiveness No more mosquitos, or bugs come around me. Ease of Application Spray on the areas where you know the bugs will try to bite. No irritation. I trust this product. This summer after finding a tick on my young child, I as a parent sprung into action determined to keep the bugs away and off our family. I researched the products on the market quite extensively because I wanted a product that could have proven results and yet use little to no DEET and wanted something that would be safe for even children's sensitive skin. That's when I discovered Cutter. This product worked wonders for keeping the bugs away! I found that while it was mainly for mosquitos it also kept other insects away as well. The scent was a bit strong for my liking. I did like that it came in a spray form which provided easy application and I liked that I did not have to get it on my hands. The product also was effective for a prolonged amount of time so I did not have to reapply constantly. Would definitely recommend this product as an alternative to others of its kind on the market.
