Love this belt.. especially for cardio I love to see n feel the sweat come off.. I tried others 3 others and nothing has made me sweat like this one.. Love love love

For me this product was irritating and suffocating. I didn't like having it on my waist. I felt as if my movements were restricted and as if my stomach was being pushed on too much. I didn't like this at all. The idea that by wrapping myself up, I'm forcing my body to lose extra weight is right up there with the people who strap on corsets to lose weight. I felt as if I was in a corset when wearing this. To add insult to injury, the wraps top pressed annoyingly onto the bottom of my breast and kept causing my bra to push up . I didn't care for this wrap at all. I understand the premise of it but it just isn't something I liked using. Some of my friends truly enjoyed their wraps and thought that it helped a lot. I have trouble with anxiety and I don't like anything constricting me in any form. I thought I could withstand this because it's supposed to help get rid of that extra little pooch at the bottom of your stomach. I have a thinner waist now. I'm about 32 inches, maybe 34inches in my waist which is much better than I was but I really wanted to slim up a bit more for my 38 inch hips. I thought this would help that waist line trim up but in the end I just couldn't go the constriction. If you can handle it, that's great and it may work for you but I don't know if it's a true long term solution.

***I tried this product for one reason and one reason only....to get rid of that little bulge around my waist. Don't misunderstand, I'm not fat, I just have bulge in the front of my lower stomach and nowhere else. I don't like the way my stomach sticks out after I eat, so I wore this product for about three days. I must say that it did work amazing!*** ***Now, I wouldn't recommend this product to someone who needs to shed a lot of pounds, but I would recommend this product to someone who needs to fit into an outfit for a special event. It doesn't necessarily make you lose weight, it helps you shed excess "water weight" by allowing you to sweat it off while you carry on with your daily activities. *** ***I was able to fit into my regular pants without the bulge in the front. I know that it sounds superficial, but that little bulge annoys the heck out of me because the rest of my body is small and petite, and yet that bulge sticks out like a sore thumb. So I guess, this product was made for people like me who need "specific" treatment and products for target areas that gives them problems.***
