review »I am a very busy person and this plan fit into my schedule very well. I was made to feel welcome the very first day. I was encouraged not just by the Curves personell but also all the members. It is like working out with a famiy full of sisters. I always felt better and very proud of myself. review »Joining Curves really helped me meet new people in a new town. Five years ago I moved from a major urban area to a very small quiet town. In the city I never had a problem meeting new people. I wasn't sure exactly how to get in step with new friends at the quieter new pace of life. The workout is great, and it is only a thiry minute routine. review »As a mom, with two kids and multiple activities I found Curves really great, because you do not have to worry to get at certain Hour, the only thing you have to do is arrive and start training, with only 30 minutes a day you can really get in shape, with not much effort, is really easy, I used to get injured with spining and aerobics but with curves plan that days are over.
I joined Curves to git fit, and found that it was just what I needed. It's quick and effective. I've lost inches, and my arms are losing that flabby underarm that we hate! An added benefit was meeting some really great people that had the same interest I had. I've made friends and really look forward to going. I never expected exercise to be fun!
i joined curves in urbana,ohio its the best.ive tried every diet and worked out daily but never could lose the weight.but,since ive been at curves the weight is coming off!!!!!!!!!i go three days a week.and its really affordable!!!!!! it will help any woman who struggles with weight.

Curves on the Circle in Midland, Michigan, is a great place. I have lost 22 lbs & feel so much better. The women (ones employed there & the ones that go there) are all great. Everyone is willing to help you meet your goal! I love it!
I have been using curves for about 6 months and I love it, the results are amazing. Its one of the only weight loss ideas that have worked for me. I suggest this to anyone who is trying to drop a couple of pounds.
I recently joined the local Curves. It easily fits into my schedule. It is fast paced and fun. I go with a friend which helps to motivate me to get up and going in the mornind.
