I like this lotion a lot. It is a little on the pricey side of lotions, but it has some very good stuff in it that makes the cost worth it. I have a two year old son who has eczema, and every night we have to put lotion on his arms, legs, torso, and face to keep it under control. I have tried several brands of lotions, but Curel works the best. It has something called ceramides that help keep the skin moisturized. Our pediatrician recommended we look for lotions with Ceramides and Curel was the least expensive one of the bunch. I will definitely keep using this lotion to help my two year old. Scent This lotion doesn't really have a scent, that is part of what makes this so great for a child with eczema. No perfumes or harsh ingredients to react to the skin. The scent is barely noticeable. Absorption It goes on a little thick, but it absorbs well. The skin also stays softer longer. Effectiveness I would buy this again, because it works great for sensitive skin and keeps the moisture in.

Curel Sensitive Skin Remedy is one of my favorite lotions on the market. I am constantly trying out new creams and lotions, and I always look for ones that won't cause skin sensitivity because I tend to react to different lotions. Curel works really well to keep your skin moisturized and prevent dry skin as well as get rid of your dry skin. Since this is made specifically for sensitive skin, I feel comfortable using it and recommending it to others who have skin sensitivity. I never had any problems with it causing discomfort or skin irritation. Something I really like is that it is fragrance free, dye free and hypo allergenic. Scent I really like that this doesn't have a scent. You don't have to worry about people being bothered by the scent or the scent competing with perfume. Absorption This absorbs really well into your skin. It doesn't make it oily at all. Effectiveness The helps prevent my skin from getting dry as well as moisturizing my skin if it is already dry and cracked. It absorbs well into your skin, and it doesn't just stay on the surface making your skin look oily.

Curel really knows how to make a wonderful lotion for those of us with sensitive skin. I have been able to find some lotions that work nicely on my sensitive skin, but nothing quite as well as this product from Curel. It was a little more expensive than I am used to, but I was willing to spend the money because it really works well. I tried it when my mother bought it and I was so surprised at how well it moisturized my skin that I went out and bought my own tube that night. The scent is not overpowering, it absorbs well, and it really gets into my skin. Some lotions sit on the surface, but not Curel. It absorbs in and really moisturizes every part. My skin stays feeling soft for at least twenty four hours before I have to re-apply the lotion. I also do not get the itchiness and irritation that I experience from some other lotions because this lotion is made especially for us who have very sensitive skin! I would definitely recommend this product if you suffer from sensitive skin; it is worth every penny.

I absolutely love Curel lotion. I have extremely sensitive skin. Most other lotions leave me with an itchy rash. Thank goodness I found Curel. This gives me soft skin without the itchy rash. It absorbs really nice and doesn't leave a greasy residue. The scent is nice without being too heavy. This is just an all around good product.

Although this lotion soaks in quickly, in consistency, it's rather thin when putting on. I myself like a lotion that has a thicker base. I do appreciate the fact it absorbs fast as I do not like trying to put clothes on with lotion that doesn't soak in. We all want a lotion that absorbs and lasts. Scent It really has no scent, I'm much more for scented lotions. In some work places, you are not allowed to have scented so this will work for those that need this type of product. Absorption Although thin in content, it absorbs rather quickly. I feel like you need to put on two coats just to get a feeling that it's working though, and to me that is wasteful if you have to use tons of a product to get results. Effectiveness It does absorb quickly and it does calm the itch, but doesn't feel lasting to me. I want something with backbone, this does not have it for me. If it doesn't have backbone, how long is it really going to last.

I bought Curel Sensitive Skin Remedy lotion on a whim several months ago. I was looking for a new facial lotion because I had run out of my Clinique moisturizing lotion and I didn't want to spend the big bucks to buy more, so I was looking for a less-expensive option. I looked at all of the lotions specifically branded as facial moisturizers, but they were expensive and many had sunscreen (which I don't like--it's too smelly and thick). This Curel lotion claims to be specifically for sensitive skin, and on the bottle it says it's gentle enough for facial use, so I decided to give it a shot (the price point on this stuff is excellent compared to other facial moisturizers). I apply it just after showering, and it's not too thick, heavy, or greasy--it glides on well and is a perfect foundation layer for my makeup. I have combination skin, and it doesn't cause me to get shiny throughout the day or break out.

Curel Sensitive Skin remedy is one of the better lotions I have tried out of many. I have dry, sensitive skin with mild rosacea that can quickly become red and painful. The worst part is this happens on my face! I have ointment to use when it gets bad, but since I have been using this Curel, daily, twice a day, I have not had any serious  patches in three weeks. Curel is a name I trust as I have seen and used samples of different Curel lotions in my daughter's pediatrician's office and liked them all. This Sensitive Skin Remedy contains cerimide which is supposed to improve skin's moisture barrier. This formula is dye and scent free and hypo-allergenic. Having sensitive skin limits what I can use in everything from cleansers to makeup. I always have to be careful to avoid potential triggers. Curel Sensitive Skin Remedy did sting slightly at first and I was fearful I would further irritate the dry patches on my face. After about three days, no more stinging and the redness was almost gone. After a week my face was back to normal. Curel Sensitive Skin remedy is without scent and fairly thin, but not watery. It goes on smooth and asborbs readily. I have applied makeup within a few minutes without streaking.  It has no sunscreen, so this isn't an all purpose lotion. I have layered it with my sunscreen with no issues. I highly recomend this to anyone with sensitive, dry skin.  The price is very reasonable and the products claims of improving sensitive skin have proven true for me.

I've tried a lot of lotions, but I really enjoy **Curel Sensitive Skin Remedy **when my hands get dry and chappy.  Curel is thick and smooth.  It doesn't feel greasy at all. I've usually stayed away from Curel because of the price (and I don't ever see many coupons from Curel.  It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave you with a wet slimy feeling and it works better over time.  Since I only received a small sample - I haven't tried it for more than a week.  For relief from dry and cracked hands, this stuff does the trick.  The only thing I don't like about it is the smell.  It's supposed to be Fragrance-Free, but I can still smell something.  But that's a small price to pay for relief and smooth and soft hands.  I've also had a dry and cracked heel problem and this seems to do the trick as well.**** I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from dry hands or feet or for everyday use for anyone one that lives in a dry climate like me. Curel really is quality.

A couple members of my family have very sensitive skin, so we have to be selective on what lotions we use. We also have some allergies. I was given a sample of Curel's Sensitive Skin Remedy, and just figured we would try it, but probably stick with what we have. I was pleasantly surprised. It is thick, and absorbs really quickly into your skin, which is a plus for me. Also, the lotion states that it will instantly relieve skin irritation. This lotion delivered again, as soon as I put it on, I could feel it soothing my skin. As I mentioned, we have some members of my family with allergies as well. This lotion is fragrance free and hypo-allergenic. All in all I am very pleased with this lotion and intend to buy it! I can think of no downside either. It doesn't bother those with allergies like some other lotions that say they are fragrace free even though they are not completely. It's perfect for the whole family - those with sensitive skin and those without. It works really well!

My husband absloutely swears by this lotion! He has had issues with dry, itchy skin and also with dermitis. The Curel Sensitive Skin Remedy has been a godsend for him! I have started using it on my young son as well, especially in these harsh winter months. It is thick and creamy but doesn't leave a greasy feel on your skin. It absorbs well and has a very pleasant, very light scent to it. I've noticed a lot of "sensitive" or "fragrance free" lotions actually have an unpleasant odor to them, and the Curel does not! It's great because you don't need a lot since it's so thick, so it lasts for quite awhile. I would highly recommend this lotion to anyone with dry skin or sensitive skin. My husband's skin reacts to some lotions with fragrance, but this lotion does not irritate his skin at all. I would also recommend this lotion to anyone wanting a thick, creamy lotion without the greasy after-feel.
