I received a sample of Curel Itch defense in the mail this afternoon.  I swear by Curel as a lotion, but didn't like this one as much.  I'm sure over a period of time, maybe a few days or so, it helps with itching, but I don't think the moisture level is there.  It isn't greasy and absorbs right into your skin, but I don't feel that refreshed quenching that lasts all day like I do with their regular dry skin lotion.  This is different.  Its supposed to rebalance your skin's ph, so I am hoping maybe in the morning or tomorrow night I might notice a difference.  I'm going to try it on some of the dry areas on my feet as well.  I have small patches of psoriasis or something, I'm not sure if its that or severe eczema, but we will see how that goes.  I am appreciative of the fact that I can put it on and it will seal in the moisture that is there and protect against the discomfort of that gross itchy, dry, parched, sore feeling those skin conditions bring, but overall, its ok and I don't like it as much as I like the original formula for moisturizing so far.
