An evening in The Emerald Isle!

Friendly servers, always smiling! Food was really authentic (my hubby is a carnivore, so ordered the traditional corned beef and cabbage!) He was ecstatic, and commented that he would "most definitely" return. I had the delicious potato/leek soup, which was well-seasoned, with just enough "body". The Smithwick Ale reminded him of our trip to Ireland, where both his parents were born, so he was ONE HAPPY GUY! To add to our enjoyment, there was a young troupe of local Irish dance students, cute as could be! They were just nervous enough to be totally charming, and all we patrons clapped along with the music to ease their trepidation and demonstrate how much fun they were providing. The dessert (apple tarts for both of us) was outstanding --- best apple dessert we have had in years. Pastry was light, flaky and did not overpower the whole apple experience, which was seasoned beautifully, and served (of course!) a la mode. Would recommend this place highly!
