Cuisinart convection breadmaker Review

I love this breadmaker, it does perfect bread every time.  I use it at least once a week or sometimes two.  My family of four usually eats the whole loaf in one day.  It's simple to use and the recipes in the book are easy to follow and fool proof.  I bought my cuisinart about 4 years ago, at first I had to keep it at my sisters house while I moved and she didn't want me to take it to my house.  Her husband used it all the time to make his special spelt flour bread. It was so much better than the one he used, I felt bad taking it away.   Also it has been used for pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, jam is very easy.  You can almost set it and forget it.  The three different crust feature is also fantastic, you can have light crust to very crispy crust.  I bought my breadmaker from a TV shopping channel and watched them use it, and it really is as easy as they said it would be.  I will have to buy one for my sister.
