I love this toaster oven! The instructions are easy to understand and gives you good information on when to use each setting and the optimal way to arrange the height of the trays based on what you are cooking. The crumb tray is a MUST and makes for easy cleaning. This is a quality toaster. It is a good size but if you want to make a large pizza I would use a conventional oven. I have made fish and chicken in this toaster oven as well as conventional toast every morning! Safety It has an open element so don't let your kids stick their hands in there! Design There are 3 knobs on the toaster oven, one is for the toast setting (bake, broil, toast, etc). Another is for the temperature for baking, and the last is for length of time for toasting. The great thing about the toast knob is that once you choose a length of time, the knob stays in place (it doesn't run down like a timer, so you don't have to remember exactly how long you want to toast for every time you use it). Instead, you just press the toast button and the timer starts internally without moving the knob.
